We had lived our home for 35 years and desired a home near the coast of South Carolina. We had been searching online for homes in the Georgetown SC area. Allison Pavy reached put to our family asking about shat we are looking for. She followed up with us at regular occasion to follow up with us to see if we were ready to move. We decided to look at a few houses shown by Alison Pavy. Alison was very prompt, professional and knowledgeable of the area. She kept us updates on the entire process from making an offer until closing. She made the process so much easier because she did the work for us. By the time we closed, we already had our power transferred, our internet ordered, and our water transferred! This was all Alison Pavy.! We appreciate her very much and highly recommend her!! I decided long ago that I wanted to live in South Carolina. After my husband passed, the house was in a trust. I was notified that the lawyer was going to sell the house after 10 years of living there alone. I contacted a couple realtors. Paul Mayer was the first and a couple people on Zillow. However I chose to stay with Paul Mayer BRG Real Estate. I first contacted him in 2022. He absolutely had my best wishes for what I was looking for. I would definitely recommend anyone to call Paul Mayer 🙂 I was beyond pleased with his insight to my wishes and found me places that of my interest. I came here from Pennsylvania in June after my house was sold. Paul picked me up and had 13 homes for me to look at. He was so very helpful and still is. So please know my 3rd house He took me to is my forever home and I'm very happy. Thank you so much Paul Mayer BRG Real Estate. Olivia standifer is amazing. She truly went above and beyond to make our dreams come true. We were 1000 miles away but she made us feel like we were right there with her. She was very honest about everything and we trusted her completely. She always put us first, and never just wanted to sell a condo she wanted to make sure it was perfect for us. We always felt like we were her only clients cause that is how she made us feel. If we called or text her she would always respond within minutes and sometimes seconds and never acted like you were bothering. Olivia is the perfect agent we can't thank her enough for all she done for us. Even after the closing she was still helping us. We love Olivia! and you will too!

Our experience was amazing. Emily walked us through the whole process; they was no surprises on her behalf because she explained and involved us from start to finish. Olivia was a delight to work with. It was not an easy transaction and she remained extremely professional throughout a long and tedious negotiation. I marveled at the amount of time and energy she put forth trying to make the sale happen, as well as the amount of detail she provided us. She met inspectors, contractors, and maintenance people there for us whenever needed. We had started with another realtor we were matched with but after inquiring about a property ourselves we ended up speaking with Paul Mayer. The moment we spoke with him we knew he was the realtor to use. We let him know some listings we wanted to see when we came to town and he did great job setting appt. We narrowed our search and he sent us alerts as soon as they hit the MLS. I made many phone calls when a potential property came up and he responded quickly to go see it and video for us. I can't say enough good things about Olivia's support as our realtor. My wife and I had to wait 19 months for our new home to be completed by a builder. Olivia guided us above and beyond through this process. There wasn't one request she didn't complete. We actually were working with another realtor that was absolutely terrible, wouldn't complete any request we had. It was at this point I decided to work with Olivia since we had no signed obligation to stay with the first realtor. Olivia addressed many important issues during the building of our new home. You would think that a new home would be hassle free which is far from the case. Olivia was never afraid to confront the builder when it was obvious they were doing things correctly. She also took more pictures than I can could since we started working with her from Greenville SC before moving closer to our new home. I could go on and on about Olivia top performance. BRG and especially Olivia Standifer was excellent helping us purchasing a home in Myrtle Beach. My husband only wanted a certain neighborhood and kept us up to date daily as houses became available. When we did find our “dream” home Olivia went above and beyond getting us through the closing especially because we were out of state.
