UNBELIEVABLE! Andrew Bennett was focused and on the ball. 5 STAR rating! The ideas he had to get my house ready were easy. The photographer was top notch...my house looked AMAZING!! I would have bought it for sure! 😍 My house had a contract within 5 days and sold in 6 weeks. I was busy but relieved; time to spend on more important adventures. Andrew (Drew) will get you results!

We had lived our home for 35 years and desired a home near the coast of South Carolina. We had been searching online for homes in the Georgetown SC area. Allison Pavy reached put to our family asking about shat we are looking for. She followed up with us at regular occasion to follow up with us to see if we were ready to move. We decided to look at a few houses shown by Alison Pavy. Alison was very prompt, professional and knowledgeable of the area. She kept us updates on the entire process from making an offer until closing. She made the process so much easier because she did the work for us. By the time we closed, we already had our power transferred, our internet ordered, and our water transferred! This was all Alison Pavy.! We appreciate her very much and highly recommend her!! Awesome experience
